The HP LTO5 Most Precise Media Cartridge

The Prior generation of HP Linear cartridge LTO1, LTO2, LTO3, and LTO4 already proved one of the most dependable and match able media format for modern day’s backup and storage challenges. The next generation HP LTO 5 tape, used these high quality technologies as well very tough media qualification test covering all type applications and usage of the media, conduct by the Hewlett Packard. The Hewlett Packard improved data storage capacity with 1.5TB native and 3.0 TB compressed with fast and more secure data transfer speed of 140MB/Sec native and 280MB/Sec compressed. The HP LTO5, is reliably design to support all HP Store Ever Ultrium and other existed tape drives as well with excellent compression rate of 2:1

Just like LTO3, and LTO4 media cartridges, the next generation HP LTO-5, used WORM (Write Once Read Many) and AES 256-bit technology for better and reliable data protection and its durable preservation. Both technologies are well experienced and used frequently many other magnetic and optical storage devices for many years. These reliable functionalities prevent from unauthorized access to HPLTO5 tape, reliable and most important information and further stop the unpredictable losses of valuable data. The 5th generation used high quality LTFS and dual partitioning technique for better and easy to access format.
